The Concierge Health Service
A concierge health service has a model where the primary care physician works closely with an individual or family, and the patient pays an annual fee for this care which includes services such as home visits, check-ups or telephone consultations by their primary care doctor. Everything is arranged for you, including prompt referrals to specialists where necessary. Forbes describes concierge healthcare as a “total care platform, the Rolls Royce model of medical care”. Concierge healthcare is becoming increasingly popular in the US, and now many are demanding this level of care across the world.
As the daughter of two doctors, I set up HealthClic; an exclusive health and medical concierge providing high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients with confidential and VIP access to the very best health services. We focus on preventative medicine for our members who each have a dedicated healthcare representative.
Our company was formed in 2015 and last year we began offering our medical concierge services to individuals. We operate through home visits due to confidentiality for our clients but also for convenience reasons; we have sent doctors to business meetings and even to movie sets! Our members see a doctor within 60 to 90 minutes of callout, seven days a week, thanks to our specially selected team of home visiting GPs in London.
Currently, we have memberships for individuals, families and medical tourists; including a pregnancy membership, where you are taken through the whole process, with a bespoke health plan by your family doctor and consultant; coordinating all check-ups, scans and any extras you need during this time.
Preventative medicine is something that has skyrocketed in importance for both doctors and patients. It is transforming medicine. There are a multitude of diseases including cancers and diabetes which can be detected at early stages of formation through regular screening and health check-ups, and prevented from developing into terminal cases.
We offer attentive care and one point of contact for all. Firstly, you can see a doctor seven days a week, within 90 minutes. As a member, you have your check-ups organised according to your needs, with regular reminders. Secondly, through our extensive understanding of the health system in London; and knowing which doctors actually have the best medical knowledge; we are here to help. Your healthcare representative co-ordinates all appointments around your busy schedule; does the chasing up for you and makes sure paperwork is ready. It’s hassle-free healthcare at your fingertips.
In addition, we are more proactive than regular providers with such a personal one-to-one approach. If your doctor recommends you lose weight for example, with your consent your healthcare representative will immediately put you in touch with the right nutritionist and personal trainer for you. You may even find that we add on a free nutrition consultation in your membership!

You have access to the very best but you also have a team that is proactively thinking of the best health services for you, and encourages improvements in lifestyle. We invite prospective members for a meeting to discuss their needs, to match them with the perfect doctor from our team, and to understand which membership is of interest, or if they are looking for a bespoke membership option.
Individual memberships start from £6,500 annually and a family membership can be around £14,000 for two adults and two children. Pregnancy, Medical Tourist and Corporate Memberships are bespoke to unique needs – we are very bespoke for those coming to London for only a few months each year.
For businesses, we offer bespoke packages comprising of home visits and health assessments, along with more comprehensive executive memberships including personal healthcare representatives and wellness experiences. We also offer free talks with our team of doctors aimed at company executives, directors and boards – with each talk focusing on one of our doctor’s specialties; such as diabetes, women’s/men’s health, psychiatry or even nutrition. They are very educational, useful and are part of our initiative to increase awareness and understanding of individual health needs as a busy or high profile executive.
