Unlocking London’s most luxurious apartments

Luxury & Lifestyle 19-06-2020

As viewings for properties slowly start trickling back, AWM rounds up of some of the most enviable Central London properties you should be looking at post-lockdown.

Coming out of lockdown, London’s luxury apartment market continues to be a gold mine for investors. “Drivers that were effecting buyer decision making pre-Covid will still be just as relevant as we emerge from this pandemic,” says Raul Cimesa, Partner and Head of London New Homes at Knight Frank. “Good quality specification, and access to amenities and transport links remain the key priorities for buyers in London’s core market.”

“In most instances it is not just a flat that buyers are looking for – they want the confidence of a long-term, sustainable investment,” he adds. “This investment is underpinned by the wider lifestyle opportunities these development schemes can offer. With the ongoing move towards more home-based working, this quality of offering will likely move even higher up buyers’ list of requirements.”

AWM looks at the fab four most sought after developments across the capital.
