Growing demand returns for luxury homes in London

This summer sees a swathe of new luxury properties coming to the London market in sought-after locations both across the capital and beyond – each with a unique offering for today’s discerning buyers, from expansive green spaces and distinctive design through to private members’ club-inspired amenities and innovative co-working spaces. Here, we round up our top picks of new launches and openings.

Over in the desirable neighbourhood of Battersea, St William has recently unveiled the final phase of homes at Prince of Wales Drive, a new landscape-led development set amongst 2.5 acres of mature gardens and central square.
