Great company, stylish drinks, and fine food, Asian Wealth’s annual summer party was a sun filled evening with partners and friends from the world of business.

There couldn’t be a better way to celebrate the start of summer than an evening in luxurious surroundings with our partners and friends.

Overlooking London’s city skyline and glistening with the hues of sunset, Asian Wealth’s summer party took place on Thursday 6 July. 50 guests gathered on Postmark’s rooftop terrace, Taylor Wimpey Central London’s luxury development on the iconic former site of Royal Mail’s Grade II Listed sorting office.  

The select group of guests, including former AWM cover star and shoe designer Aruna Seth, MasterChef semi-finalist Nisha Parmar and hotelier Sanjay Kathuria of Talash Hotels Group gathered to celebrate the entrepreneurial journeys of a new generation.

“It was a pleasure to host Asian Wealth and their guests at our flagship scheme, Postmark,” said Alex Greaves, Taylor Wimpey Central London.  “It was a fantastic opportunity to celebrate the start of summer on the beautiful roof terrace at Postmark’s marketing suite – we were delighted to be part of something which brought together entrepreneurial talent and likeminded professionals in a high-quality setting.”

Perrier-Jouët Blason Rose NV flowed throughout the evening alongside an Elyx Spritz, made with Absolut Elyx vodka, Lillet rose and tonic. For the whisky lovers on the evening, a Chivas 18yo Boulevardier was enjoyed as guests mingled to chilled house and summer classics by DJ SR. A delicious barbecue and canapes were served by South London’s ‘Just A Bite’, including Aloo Tikki, Tandoori Prawns, Seekh Kebabs and Vegetable Manchurian.

AWM Commercial Director Sunny Patel opened the evening with a welcome speech, followed by speeches from our partners.

“The start of Summer 2019 event, delivered, as all AWM events do, with a wonderful location, fantastic food and drink, and great company,” said Jeremy Duff from Soneva. “It was a chance to meet new friends, and say hello to old acquaintances whilst providing the opportunity to promote our brand to an audience of Asian entrepreneurs, business leaders and professionals.”

“It was an informal, well organised event which facilitated easy networking,” said Eileen Redmond-Macken from Investec Private Bank. “Good introductions were made in the classy and relaxed environment.”

One lucky winner left the party with a prize giveaway by Champagne Perrier-Jouët –  a bottle of Perrier-Jouët Belle Epoque Rose with four champagne flutes.
